Someone that I work with worked as a performer on cruise ships for years, and he has had some doozy stories. I believe everything in that article after knowing someone on cruise ships.

Having cruised with women who have had 'liasons' with staff members onboard (Not me! Not me!:p ), I don't doubt that it is true!;)

Oh I don't doubt it at all. Actually one of my friends who is one of the Monarch Staff members, would tell me all sorts of interesting things about the crazy things that go on about the crew quarters. Basically the fun thing to do, he explained, was to watch the crew hallway at 6am to see who was coming out of who's room to shower for the day. That always made great gossip. There was also many tales of "this guy left that guy" and now second guy was in bed with new guy, and oooh the tales of the jealous lover ... and none of these catfights were to occur in front of guests. So there was TONS of animosity in that hallway.

 

Oh, so yeah, I believe every word of it, because my pal almost said the same story! :D
