Beds (mattresses) on Pearl?

We are scheduled to sail on the Pearl next month and I'm wondering how the mattresses are? I've been known to bring my "egg crate" mattress along on some cruises, so I can get a "cushy" comfy night's sleep! Firm mattresses drive me crazy, and I use a memory foam one at home. I've talked with friends who've sailed on other lines and said they are implementing new mattresses that are out of this world. Maybe NCL is doing that too with their freestyle 2.0 program, or on the newer ships? Any advice you can give me is appreciated! I need a good night's rest to keep up with all the action each day!

The mattresses on the Pearl are very nice- but you can also request an egg crate from your cabin steward.

Since the Pearl is new, I highly doubt they will be changing any mattresses any time soon. I found the beds on the Pearl to be fairly comfortable.
