Why won't they answer the phone

I have been trying for two days to make a change to my reservation but the RCI recording has me on endless hold. Even when I try to leave them a message it says the mailbox is full. Should I call the C&A number?

I have called RCI twice this week for various reasons, and each time I have been on hold for at least 20-25 minutes. If you hang in there and wait....someone WILL eventually answer your call.

I got right through Thursday night on the CA number.

I've been experiencing longer waits as well, but also, their recording at their main reservation number 866-562-7625 says they open at 10AM.

Its a 24 hour call center. Try calling either before 11am east coast time, or after 11pm east coast time. Earlier or later the better. Any time in between you are competing with the entire USA. You will not wait more than 5 minutes.

In the morning the west coast is still at breakfast, at night the east coast is done for the day.:cool:

Lord knows even when you get through you'll probably get conflicting answers to anything you ask anyway. This came from their website and says they open at 8:00 AM. When I called yesterday at 8:30 AM, the recording said their office hours are from 10:00AM. :confused:
