Try calling either before 11am east coast time, or after 11pm east coast time. Earlier or later the better. Any time in between you are competing with the entire USA. You will not wait more than 5 minutes. Or, you can call us at 1-866-562-7625. Our Royal Caribbean Certified Vacation Planners are available from 8:00 AM - midnight (EST), seven days a week. Lord knows even when you get through you'll probably get conflicting answers to anything you ask anyway. This came from their website and says they open at 8:00 AM.
