Will there be fireworks in Dominica New Years Eve?

Hi, we are just back from our first Christmas & New Year cruise on Oceana, a great surprise was a massive fireworks display in Aruba, it was brilliant!

We are booked on Ventura for 2008 Christmas & New Year cruise, according to the itinerary at the moment we are scheduled for Dominica. I know these change quite a lot though! Just wondering if it would be as special?

I know it will be fab anyway, Fiona x:)

They probably wouldn't be shooting off fireworks during the daytime, but when does your ship leave? I know we were in Aruba until 12am when I cruised there, so I can imagine what a sight that would've been. I'll check a couple of websites if you think you'll be in Dominica past dark to see them for sure. :)
