What about TA transfer to a different TA

Yes you can transfer but the first TA has to fill out a form basically giving permission for the transfer and double check that the first one doesn't charge any type of cancellation fee that could negate the OBC.

Also keep in mind the personality of the first TA, are they sensitive? You have to ask for them to transfer it and if they won't you just made an enemy (for lack of a better word) of the person who owns your reservation and the only one who can speak to RCCL on your behalf if you need something changed, etc.
