Recent cruisers (RCCL website & fuel surcharge)

Any recent cruisers out there who went on their cruise with the fuel charge incorrectly still showing on their account on the RCCL website? (Where you had paid off your cruise before their deadline) Did you have any troubles?

The fuel surcharge only applies to cruises AFTER Feb 1, so no one yet has had this issue. I see you are sailing then also so unfortunately you are going to be one of the first to experience it.

Oops! :eek: You're right Sue. I forgot about the Feb 1st date! Since trying to get it corrected is futile...I guess I'll just see what happens.

Have you tried calling C & A and having them email you a copy showing the 0$ balance.
