Hampton Inn/Plantation question

We are booked 1 night pre-cruise at the HI/Plantation. We won't have a car & are wondering if there is a place we can purchase wine within walking distance? Also, what restaurants are within walking distance as well? Thanks in advance for any info!:)

Not sure about the wine, but there is a supermarket nearby that sells whatever type of wine it is that Florida Supermarkets are carrying these days! HAHA! :)
