Venice to Barcelona - which nights are formal

Can anyone who has taken this cruise on Celebrity remember which of the twelve nights were formal. I would like to know this ahead of time so I can determine which nights we might want to dine at the specialy restaurant on the ship. Thanks so much. My husband and I will be on the Summit in May.
