I contacted Coral Breeze regarding their snorkeling tour from Bannister Island. They told me that they were the only tour company that visited Bannister Island from the Tourist Village and that Fab Tours island does not have a beach.

They took us to Bannister last year. Maybe Coral Breeze is blowing smoke. Google Fab Tours Belize and see what you come up with.
