Nabila Tours and Cruises

Here is my experience with Nabila. I called their office in SAn Francisco and asked for an appt. I was told that was not necessary and someone to speak to us is "always here."

So my friend and I trekked into SF, spent big bucks on toll and parking to be told that "oh, the owner is not here and he is the only one who can determine costs. No, he won't be in today." But we did get to speak to a woman in the office. She took down what we are interested in re: tours and pick up at airport. Said she would get back to us in one week. We gave her two email addresses, and 3 phone numbers.

Time passed, weeks passed. I called in. "oh, we just got so busy with the holidays. I will email you tomorrow with our proposal and the costs."

Approximately, 3 1/2 weeks have gone by and no contact by Nabila tours. In the meantime I decided to rely on the Concierge at the hotel to arrange any tours.

Personally, I have had my last contact with Nabila Tours.
