Cruise Ship is in anchor off Port Everglades jetty?

Does anyone know what Cruise Ship is in anchor off Port Everglades jetty? I saw it yesterday when I was taking some photos at the beach. The ship's hull is Celebrity blue.

I have been trying to post this question since yesterday.

I think it might be/have been one of "The 3 Queens" - see the link below! I believe one of these ships is/was in Port Everglades after the New York début of the Queen Victoria!

Both QV and QE2 were in Ft. Lauderdale yesterday. Can't remember when they were leaving but QV was to leave first.

All three had blue hulls when I saw them in NYC on Sunday.:)

Cunard ships have black hulls; HAL have dark blue. You must have been wearing your rose colored glasses if you saw blue hulls on the Queens in NYC!

The ship I saw was anchored out past the jetty. It was much smaller that any of the ships that were in port. I could not get a good photo of it. This was about 2:00 pm on Wednesday. I wonder if it is waiting for the drydock in Freeport to be available. In the past Celebrity did anchor one of the Rs off the jetty before renovation. I also saw the one of the smaller ships being outfited in port before the Celebrity announcement. Something is up with this ship. I am very curious about it.

I have a pair of sunglasses (must be rose-colored) that make everything look 50% better than with the naked eye. I am often disappointed when I take photos, and get them back, that those beautiful colors are not reflected in my pictures. :(

It won't help you on this one, but in the future, go to www.sailwx.info and click on Ship Tracker--you get a drop down menu and then click on cruise ship tracker. You can then click on the map to get close-up view of what ships are where (provided they have reported in).
