grosk063 Posted January 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 18, 2008 Hi all, I'm new to this forum, and had a quick question in regards to daytrips in Calica for our Carnival Inspiration trip on February 16-21. My girlfriend really wants to do the zip line. But we're not so excited about doing the Carnival sponsored trip, rather find our own. Any tips on some good ones for zip-lining in Calica? Also, I see there is a 'role call' forum. Not sure excactly what that is for, but our particular cruise seems to be missing! What's up with that? :) Thanks everyone, great site! Rare TV Dad Posted January 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 18, 2008 Do a Google search for zip lining and your port and you'll probably find operators who will do ziplining for less than the ship charges. HOWEVER -- remember on ship sponsored trips, they'll hold the boat for you if you're late returnimng from an excursion. If you're on your own. . . you are ON YOUR OWN! Roll Call is simply a way for Cruise critic message board members to talk to each other about an upcoming trip. Why not start a thread yourself and see if anyone responds!
