Latest time you can board on embarkation day

There is a new regulation going into effect in February that you must be checked in and on board one (1) hour prior to sailing.

 

This is a new Homeland Security regulation, so it is not something Regent can alter. So if you aren't checked in and on board one hour prior to the scheduled departure time the ship cannot allow you to board.
