Is there a charge for food in the bars?

If I go to one of the bars and order food, but no drinks will they be okay with that? Is there a charge for food in these places?

There is no food to be had in the regular bars, paid or not. Now on the Norwegian Sun, there is a sports bar with a menu that is no charge. In the regular bars there's even a charge for coffee and tea.
