after the cruise - getting to the airport

I need some advice on the best way to get from the ship to the Honolulu airport after our NCL Star cruise.

Based on my Fodor's book, I think a cab would cost about $20. What about the cruise line's "transfers"? Anyone know how much they'd cost (for 2 people)? Can I buy the transfers on the ship?

Check out VIP Shuttle. Don't have their website handy, but they were very helpful. I do know they have a shuttle that will take you to the Aloha Tower. We're using them to/from airport/hotels and to the Arizona Memorial after our cruise.
