Roadway Inn, Ft. Lauderdale

Has anyone stayed here recently? Although the recent reveiws on Trip Advisor have been very good, I'm still worried.

 

Roadway Inn offers free shuttle to and from the port as well as free parking while on the cruise. The price is very good too. This is what makes me wonder....

 

I understand that it's almost finished being renovated, so if you've stayed there recently let me know what you think.
