I am looking at one night pre cruise in FLL. As per suggestions from this board I checked Hampton Inn Plantation- $224 per night and Sleep Inn Dania- $198 per night. La Quinta Inn Hollywood is not available yet for those dates. Those prices are with my AAA discount!!

I am looking for a clean room for one night. I have never used Priceline because I really like to choose where I stay. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks

We are staying at the Hampton Inn Plantation this Friday night for $65.00. I booked this myself about 3 months ago. I have noticed that the prices for lodging is getting out of control down there. I think they are cashing in on us cruisers......

This rate was with my AAA card, too.

Good luck with finding a cheap room and happy cruising!

We got our hotel booked thru Hotwire. Go for 4 stars in the las olas area & you will get the Renaissance Hotel. We paid $135 with tax included.

65.00 for a Hampton Inn here at this time of year is a steal! This is the high season down here & will last until April. A lot of us locals can't afford to go anywhere for a long weekend trip either due to the high rates, so it's not just the cruisers who are getting hurt.
