Hot tub on Balcony?

Do any of cabins on the Celebrity ships have hot tubs on the balcony?

It does not matter which ship

The Royal Suites and the PH's have jacuzzi's on the balcony on M class ships. They are not anything close to hot tubs, though. Unless you're both very small, you'd be hard pressed to fit two people in those jacuzzi's. And, the water isn't hot at all, so you have to be satisfied with lukewarm water. And, there is very little privacy. Another thing we've noticed is they are not taken care of, and a lot of them don't work.
