R/T Hawaii on Mercury

Will the new regulations affect the R/T mercury cruises in October. Has anyone herd from their TA or Celebrity, how this will affect our cruises to Hawaii?

 

IMO this new regulation is a disgrace. it is pandering to one cruise line NCL and Mexico .
