Finding a boat to Snorkel on once you have reached Caye Caulker

Have you used them, because I've read some reviews that turned me off to Star Tours. It sounded like they were inconsistent in quality. I've read some really great reviews of Coral Breeze.

I thought of going to Caye Caulker then looking for snorkeling, but it doesn't seem to offer any advantage. By the time you add in transportation to CC, where's the savings? IMHO it's a better value to take a tour from the tourist village that includes free time in Caye Caulker, but maybe that's not why the OP asked, and I'm assuming too much.
