Ecstasy Captain's party drinks?

Just wondering if, as I have heard about other Carnival ships, the drinks at the Captain's party on formal night, are free? Also, can you order what you want or do you have to drink whatever they serve? And, which night is it on the 4 night cruise?

Yes drinks are free during the Captains Party and we have always been able to order what we wanted. Not sure about which night it is on a 4 day cruise.

On the 4 day cruise ---the party (and lobster night :) are on Friday evening.

This assumes the cruise starts on what day? Better to say 2nd night, for example.

All of the 4 days on the Ecstasy only depart on Thursday (ship does a 5-5-4 day cruise rotation)

No apology necessary. I was just confused how it could always be the same day on a 4 day lol. Thought maybe it was the new math.:D
