Luggage Valet in Seatte, details please

Trying to get info about Luggage Valet on the Infinity for a cruise disembarking in Seattle, May 30. What airlines are in the programs (USAirways, code share United)? Is there a restriction on the time of the flight (my parents have a 11 am, so the program would nice)? Does everyone who wants the program get in, or first come first serve ? Do you have to pick up your bags in the terminal, go through customs then turn them over to the Valet, or did you set them outside your cabin the night before and that's the last you see of them until you arrive home ? Again, my parents are late 70s, and this sound like a potential good option. Any info appreciated.
