Summer cruise for family

I want to take my family -- 2 kids and husband and I on a cruise out of the East coast in summer -- anytime between June 15-August 15. The problem is cost so I'm looking out of Baltimore, Cape Liberty, Charleston, New York, norfolk, Philadelphia so that we can drive to the cruise (we're in Ohio).

 

Any suggestions on the least expensive cruise (hopefully 7 day) out of the East coast in the time frame. We are not picky . . . we have been on a few cruises and just getting onto any ship is fine with us, old, new, Carnival, Princess, etc., etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Prices are going UP. I booked a seven day on NCL in November for August to Bermuda from Phily and its up 20% since I booked. Look for specials. What will be cheapest? Only God knows...NCL, Carnival and RC tend to have the least expensive.
