Anyone done the Alaskan Chef's Table excursion?

I'm booked on my first cruise this august. We are sailing to alaska on HAL. I've been looking over the available shore excursions, and was wondering if anybody had tried the Alaska Chef's Table excursion in Ketchikan? Is it worth it?

I read that this is a brand new excursion this year that Princess is offering.

Looks like I can be the guinea pig then :) I'll try it and report back.... in september..... ok maybe someone will beat me to it lol

It's also available on HAL this year (appears new for them as well). I've been considering it, but have been hoping that someone will be trying it before our cruise. Unfortunately, our cruise is before yours - so we may end up being the guinea pigs unless someone tries it sooner in the year.
