What happened to the Seawolf Cam in Galveston????

That was the best Web cam to see the ships pass by. Will it not be fixed and brought back into circulation??? I want my Seawolf cam!!!!!!! :(

It got pulled for some reason. I THINK that someone is trying to get it repositioned or something like that. Several people, myself included, had written when the cam was still up because it was pointed more down and we couldn't see the ships pass by. I think it is privately funded (not sure about this 100%) and not owned like the other cams. I hope they get another cam up soon that we can see the ships go by!

It's not even on the list of webcams at www.galveston.com/webcams. I guess it's gone for good...maybe too much maintenance involved???

They are currently working on getting another camera up, but there is no idea on where it will be located.
