JRudy33 Posted September 17, 2004 #1 Share Posted September 17, 2004 We sailed on her around the early 90's. What happened to this ship?
bryanool Posted September 17, 2004 #2 Share Posted September 17, 2004 I'm pretty sure that has been renamed to the Norweigan Sea, when they renamed all the ships, I've heard that ship is going to be moving to Star Cruise's fleet soon.
Lisa63 Posted September 17, 2004 #3 Share Posted September 17, 2004 Brian is right -- she's still in service as Norwegian Sea. Here's a link to NCL's Web site showing what the public rooms look like today. Unlike some of the other older ships in the NCL fleet, the ship has not been stretched. http://www.ncl.com/fleet/06/pubrms.htm We were onboard in the early 90s, as well, for a Western Caribbean cruise. She remains a favorite.
Tweek Posted October 13, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 13, 2004 The NCL Seaward was our first cruise in 1996, I turned 40 in Barbados. We were on a Southern Carib. cruise. Your first cruise always means so much. The Seaward holds a special place in our hearts.:o Tweek.
