On the Norwegian Gem, there is a rock climbing wall.

 

(1) Is there a fee for using it?

 

(2) Is it usable by anyone in good health?

We just got off the Gem which had a rock climbing wall. On our cruise it was not crowded, one person was doing the wall when we went to do it on a port day and as soon as that person finished, I was able to go. The times are limited and depended on the weather if they were going to have the rock climbing wall open.
