Rodeway Inn & Suites Ft. Lauderdale 2440 West State Rd. Has anyone stayed here before? Any info would be much appreciated. ;)

Do not stay there. We had a flight cancelled a week ago and the airline sent us to that hotel. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. I agree, I think most people rent it by the hour. The rooms were dirty and the staff was very unfriendly and rude. There were 7 rooms all booked by the airline. None of us got our wake up calls. When I mentioned it to the gal at the front desk, she just ignored me like she could care less.

Our room had a window that looked out into a hall and all the vending machines. Quite a view.

The only good thing to say about the place was the shuttle driver that picked us up and took us to the airport. He was very nice.

If you want any more details I have lots to give.
