CC please help with transfers!

I have searched this forum for the info I'm looking for about transfers from the airport in Santiago to the hotel in Vina Del Mar, but I can't find it exactly. Is there an inexpensive bus or group van that will take us (my MIL and me) and our luggage? We will also need transportation the following day back from Vina Del Mar to Valparaiso to board the Star Princess. We are trying to be as conservative as possible on travel expenses so that we can enjoy other things. I have heard that there is a train or tram or something from Vina Del Mar to Valparaiso.?? Also, how far is Vina Del mar from Valparaiso?
