Two Marriott Pinnacle vs Renaissance - Vancouver

Can someone tell me the difference between the Marriott Pinnacle and the Renaissance in Vancouver? I'm using points and both are available. But, I could get a harbor view room at the Pinnacle. I thought I read the Pinnacle is more 'business oriented'.

 

Any thoughts?

These 2 hotels are practically accross the street from each other so location wise the same. Both are good hotels however the Pinnacle Marriott is only a few years old whereas the other hotel is much older. I have stayed in the REnaisannce and it is a very nice hotel. You will be happy with either.

The Renaissance is on the North side of Hastings which blocks the views from the Marriott. If I could get a water view at the same price I would take it.
