Don't know for certain about the iced tea but I know that coffee and hot tea are included at no additional charge. I had cappuccino after every dinner-also included

They do not charge for iced tea or coffee anywhere, including the main restaurants and specialty restaurants.

 

There may be a gourmet coffee shop on the ship, which is extra charge, but what they serve at meals is free.
