formal night

Recommended Posts

There is normally one formal night per week on each sea day. A long evening dress sounds right on. The suggested dress for men is tuxedo but it was about 50/50 for them wearing suits when we were on board Destiny in November.

You'll love Destiny! Have a great cruise.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it. We enjoy dressing up at least once during a cruise. The rest of the time the dress code is very relaxed and not unlike Island Cruises.

The all inclusive drinks upgrade is great and it's very easy to get your (free) money's worth, especially with unlimited wine by the glass with dinner. The wine stewards make sure that you have more than enough!

The formal nights or Captains Cocktail are really nice with most cruisers making the effort to conform to the dress code so wear your long gown, you wont be alone and enjoy the champagne toast to the ship and her crew!
