WI-FI on the Miracle

I am bringing my Palm with a WI-FI card.
Anybody have experence with using WI-FI?
What locations can it be used?
What was the cost?
Any tips on accesing the WI-FI network?

yes you can use wifi the plan i purchased was 100 min for $55 i didn't bring my laptop, the prices was the same. i think it was 65 cents a minute for pay as you go (and it's not broadband so sometimes it's slow and it still comes off your minutes used)

The WiFi only worked outside the Library/Inernet Cafe'. At least last March when I was on the ship. It is a bit expensive if you are going to just "surf the net". I think I got the 100 minutes for $55 or something like that. I had to check in at work a couple times a day ot I would have not done it.

Also the speed is not that fast. I was talking to the internet guy and he said the Miracle had the newest equipment and it had twice the bandwidth the other ships have. It is a screaming 256K which is shared by all the Internet Cafe' users as well as by the ship itself.

No did not use it. Just checked if it would "lock" up. Yes it did.
