Parasailing and Tequila Beach

I read in a previous post that someone did parasailing at Tequila Beach. Does anyone have any details as far as where to book and where Tequila Beach is?

 

Are ther any other parasailing options or nice beaches?

My daughter (age 10) went parasailing at Tequila Beach. near the center of the strip in Mahahual is the place you can sign up. You can also sign up right when you get of the ship, at the port. You'll see a sign. It was $50 for 15 minutes. I was able to ride in the boat. She had a wonderful time and it was totally safe. It was a lot cheaper than doing it in Cozumel.

Thanks for the info. Where is Tequila Beach in relation to where you get dropped off? Any landmarks would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.

I am the travelling partner of NYNY (I had the name first). We rented a golf cart to get around -- a very cool idea and it gave us flexibility. The parasailing is at the first beach/pier when you come into town. I don't know where you are dropped off since we moved around on our own. Nothing is very far. Enjoy. Elise

i would like some info on renting golf carts, my dh has new knees and this would help him get around alot better.
