Tipping for private tour operators

We've just booked with Marva Shaw for our stop in Ocho Rios in April. We've asked to do DRF, tubing, lunch, and back to Island Village to shop. She quoted us $60pp. How much should we tip her? What about tipping others: DRF guides, tubing guides, etc.? How much for them as well? Just don't want to be caught short. Thanks for any help.:)

we normally tip our tour operator about $20. or so, for those helping at sites like lifeguards, etc... $3.00-5.00 just depends on what services are rendered... we have always had a great time in Jamaica and enjoyed our contact with theri countrymen...
