FLL to downtown Miami...wine stop

We're heading from FLL to the Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami and would like to do a quick off and back on for wine and maybe a Walgreen or CVS. Wine is the most important:D

 

Can anyone please give me along that route where we might get off? Not interested in mall shopping (well...I am but not on this leg of the trip) as we will be needing to get to Miami to meet friends.

 

I assume we head straight down 95 so something off that would be great. Thanks
