Insurance - Pride of Aloha Cancellation

For those on one of Pride of Aloha's cancelled cruises where you booked air separate from the cruise, how have you made out with your insurance company regarding any increase air fares and change fees?

Is the insurance company agreeing to cover the extra costs under the Trip Cancellation/Interruption provisions?

We're insured with AIG Travel Guard - Deluxe package and are getting real opposition to covering the extra costs we have to pay to move our flight one day earlier to accommodate the Pride of America sailing. (note: we originally booked our air to arrive in Honolulu the day before Pride of Aloha sailed but we get in at 8:30 pm. That's too late to catch Pride of America's sailing.)

How is everyone else making out?
