I booked thru a online agency. does holland america send the docs to me or

do I print them off the the computer or will the online agency send them to me?

You can print your immigration form from HAL's website.

 

Your agency still send you the documents as you will need luggage tags.

I booked my cruise online and recieved a wonderful cloth package containing all my cruise docs and luggage tags...it was so cute! I'm sure it came via HAL and you will get too...it arrived about 2 months before my cruise.

Last year, the agency I booked with sent the packet 7 days before departure. :eek: This year, a different agency sent them a month before departure. So they can arrive anytime. Neither was for a guarantee.
