auntdot Posted February 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2008 Can anyone who has sailed the Grand help me? I am wondering if the showerhead is a hand held spray (like on Celebrity or RCCI) or is the spray part a permanent fixture attached to the wall of the shower. Appreciate any answers to this. thechandlers99 Posted February 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2008 I've never been on the Grand, but have been on the CB and I believe they are the same layout as each other. The CB had attached showerheads, not hand held.
wrongwaywatson Posted February 18, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2008 We were on the Grand last year and the showerheads are definately attached. Also, the showers are pretty small. Big enough to get the job done, but pretty small.
Toto2Kansas Posted February 18, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 18, 2008 As far as I have seen, all Princess shower heads are stationary and not removable.

Pam in CA Posted February 19, 2008 #8 Share Posted February 19, 2008 I've never had a hand-held showerhead on any cruiseline or boat, including RCI. To my knowledge, Princess showerheads are fixed.
macka Posted February 19, 2008 #9 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Are the showers any good on cruise ships? Do you have to run around to get wet?
Doug R. Posted February 19, 2008 #10 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Are the showers any good on cruise ships? Do you have to run around to get wet? You would have to be very tiny as there is no room to turn around much less run around. Seriously, I never had a water pressure issue on any of my cruises. Toto2Kansas Posted February 19, 2008 #11 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Are the showers any good on cruise ships? Do you have to run around to get wet? The old saying that you can just soap up the walls and turn your body around is the best way to describe it. :) :)

cabana Posted February 19, 2008 #13 Share Posted February 19, 2008 The old saying that you can just soap up the walls and turn your body around is the best way to describe it. I think every comic on the Cruise Lines use that line .
