Just seen this on Cruise News Daily

 

Feb 15 - If you are the type who runs late (or flies in on the same day of your cruise), take note. A new US Customs rule for the cruise lines will go into effect next week, and you could be left standing on the pier, even if your ship is still there

Does anyone know what this really means and the implications. Does this mean that you cannot fly in and board the same day?
