Excursions in Progresso and Cozymel

We are sailing on Carnival's Ecstasy March 17th and I would like to hear from anyone who has sailed within the last few months of 2008/2007 regarding shore excursions that were not costly and would interest a 19 yr old, 3 16 yr olds and a 14 yr old. I have read a lot of threads but many were dated and I was looking for more of a current perspective of what is available and at what cost. Thanks!

Progresso is ruins or beach. cozumel has tons to do, what is thrier interests. I sailed on RCCL but it will be the same for any ship.
