Jet skis rental question

Where is the best place - or beach (St. Martin/St. Thomas/Cococay) - to rent jet skis to be rode without a guide? The costs? Any information is helpful and appreciated!

On St. Thomas beaches with jet skis rentals without guide are Coki and Sapphire.

 

From early last year Coki: $50 for 30 minutes, $90 hour. 18 years to be driver, need id.

 

From a couple months ago Sapphire: 18 to drive, $55/30 minutes, 95/hour; $10 for extra person.
