Mosquitos?????

We're going on the Sun (Western Caribbean) in March. I was reading a member's review and was surprised to hear that he had Hep B shot, malaria prophylaxis and reported concern re: mosquitos. Has anyone else had this experience? Any recommendations? Are mosquitos a major issue?

I think it was in the Belize section (which would make sense since that is the SUN itinerary!)
