Docking in St. Maarten/Martin

Hello all! DH and I will be in St. Maarten/Martin on the Carnival Glory in 3 weeks. Can hardly wait!! Anyone know where the Glory will dock so I can firm up plans for the day? Thanks so much!!

it will tell you about the port where most ships dock. If you go this site - http://www.cruisecal.com/portal/Philipsburg,StMaarten,NetherlandsAntilles(StMartin)/tabid/1757/Default.aspx

it shows which ships will be in St Martin on what day in March. You can look and see who you are in por with for all of your ports by starting at

St Martin has a large docking area in Phillipsburg and That seems to be where they all dock these days. You can also check and which ships will be in port on that day with you. we will be there on

Not to disparage any other sources, but when I am looking to see which ships will be in port, I go to the Official Port of St. Maarten Website.

 

There is a lot of other information offered at the website if you look along the Left Hand side of the page.

Thanks so much for the info! My husband says I'm an obesessive planner, but I just like to be prepared. ;) Since we are docking in Phillipsburg, I'm thinking we may take a water taxi to downtown to do a little shopping, go back to the ship to drop off purchases then grab a taxi to the beach. Thanks again!!

Anyone know how many ships can be docked at the same time at the St. Martin port? We are one of five the day we'll be there, and three of them (big ones) arrive before we do. Is it likely that we will have to tender in?
