I took a 1/2 day tour earlier this month. There was a 45-min boatride across the bay. Pretty fast, smooth outbound, some 3-foot waves coming back - which gives a good bounce traveling 30 MPH. Most passengers enjoyed the bumps.

 

Park has a lot of small, picturesque islands of an acre or so covered with vegetation and birds. We visited 2 caves: a big one with 1200 year old Indian drawings, the other one smaller without pictures.

 

Also some areas of mangroves.

 

The tour was information-intensive and the scenery was nice.
