w8ing2cruz Posted March 3, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2008 I've read that these are included if you rent a cabana. Can you rent them if you do not have a cabana?

w8ing2cruz Posted March 19, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted March 19, 2008 Do you know where we would go? Did it look like there were quite a few or should we hurry off the ship to be sure to get one?
NCTribeFan Posted March 19, 2008 #5 Share Posted March 19, 2008 There are two places to rent clamshells, snorkeling equipment and, I assume, floats. Check out HAL's website. There's a link to HMC that has a map. There's a little building labeled #2 where we go. It's down the beach (away from the tender area toward the picnic area) that is much less crowded. Of course, if you like the crowds, you can go to the one nearest the tender port. I've linked to that site a few times, but don't have time to track it down now. It's fairly easy to find. I love HMC! I totally changed my cruising plans for this year so that I could go back.
earlethepearl Posted April 15, 2008 #6 Share Posted April 15, 2008 You can rent mats at a hut on the beach. And I believe last time it went on my onboard account. Pretty sure it did.
georgiacruizer Posted April 17, 2008 #7 Share Posted April 17, 2008 Yes, there are 2 places where you can rent floats, snorkle equip., etc. One is closer to where the tenders pull in and the other is further down the beach. The one closer to the dock sells out sooner. My list of rental prices from the Triumph shows $13 for the day for the floats and it does go on your Sail & Sign card. w8ing2cruz Posted April 17, 2008 Author #8 Share Posted April 17, 2008 Thanks! I can just picture myself now ~ sun beating down, cocktail in my hand, floating on one of those mats that match the color of the water :p
