I got my passport today. Only took 12 days, start to finish!! Woo Hoo! My DH has been procrastinating, he hasnt gone yet. I wonder if his will be as quick?

 

Anyone know what "type P" means, just curious???

We just got ours back too. 16 days for us. Couldn't believe it! Last year at this time you had to wait in line that long just to submit the paperwork:D

P = Passport. :)

 

No matter how short a time it takes the procrastinators will continue to wait and then complain they need more time! Or they will come on this board and whine and panic that they only have a birth certificate or cant even find that.

 

These people have had several years to get their passports. I have no more sympathy.

Mine took 14 days from the day I mailed it to the day I received it.

I got mine back today, it took 18 days, that included 2 weekends. I'm glad we have that behind us now.

I'm glad to see the time is going by quick now. By daughters' passports expire next year. I was wondering when I should get new ones for them. Now, it seems I don't have to give them up quite as early as I had thought.
