NCL Advance Guest Registration Down?

It is, I believe, a common problem. Some people seem to have no trouble at all while some of us (myself included) find the NCL web page to be extremely unreliable.

 

Generally speaking just keep trying and eventually you will get through. I found that I had more luck during the daytime than at night but that may have been a coincidence.

 

You may be told it has something to do with your operating system. Not true. Operating system is irrelevant.

I have tried to complete my registration on NCL for the past few days but I keep getting a message that the system is down. Anyone else running into the same problem? I need to get on there to print out my registration. Any ideas??

I could not complete it either. I phoned and while on the phone and online NCL walked me thru the form. IT SEEMS there is a problem with the cell phone line. LEAVE it blank and you should be ok :)

Gee, perhaps I lucked out when I decided not to list any cell phone number; I had no trouble with online registration EXCEPT for a link that didn't work and the site not allowing me to add middle names of cruisers. I emailed NCL about both and was told they'd look into the out of date link and that any name changes or updates would have to be made by my agent (presumably my TA). My TA said they had no luck trying to insert middle names but that they had contacted IT at NCL....... Anyone else have trouble adding middle names to registration?

Seeing this thread reminded me that I should check out my NCL online registration. I see I DID list a cell phone number (with no problem)....? I also see that the link to information about identification documents still leads to a "Page not found" and it's still impossible to insert a middle name.....

What else is new?

I can't add our middle names either and we booked through a TA. Apparently she didn't put our middle names in although she has them on record from previous cruises. So I'm e-mailing her now to fix it.:confused:
