drive orlando to port of miami/ board time

I know it has been asked before many times, but how long does it take to drive from Orlando to port of Miami via the airport (to drop off car and take a taxi)? What is the best route, the turnpike? Also, what time is the best time to board the ship?

I know it has been asked before many times, but how long does it take to drive from Orlando to port of Miami via the airport (to drop off car and take a taxi)? What is the best route, the turnpike? Also, what time is the best time to board the ship?

 

Turnpike is the best way and follow the signs to Key West and don't get off until 836. If you go straight, you'll end up on that mess of I-95.
